As with all hair extensions and services there is NO REFUND due to the variables and nature of work. Any service issues must be addressed at the time of service for correction. All hair is done to your specifications and is non- refundable or due to health code violations. The hair can be exchanged with in 7 days of recieving it, if the hair has been unaltered and is still in its original form. Once the hair has been installed and worn it can't be exchanged. If the hair is sent back for a exchange the customer is responsable for all shipping cost.
